Shipping policy

 

All orders are processed within 1-4 weeks after payment. Please note that some products require additional handling time due to inventory availability, order volume, or other factors.

Presale items may fall within a different time frame and that estimated time of arrival will be communicated on the product page.

I offer shipping via standard shipping carriers such as USPS and UPS, and all orders will be shipped with a tracking number that will be emailed once shipped processed. The estimated delivery time for standard shipping is 2-15 days, depending on your location and the shipping carrier. Please note that delivery times may vary due to unforeseen circumstances beyond my control.

 

STORE PICKUP

You can skip the shipping fees with free pickup if you are local to Nashville. After placing your order and selecting store pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within the estimated time frame. I will send you an email when your order is ready. 

My store pickup hours are 10 am - 5 pm on Fridays, 10 am - 3 pm on Saturdays. If these times don't work for you, we can coordinate a time as I work from my storefront almost daily. This may vary if I am out of town, but will be communicated with you.
