Refund policy
I take pride in the quality of my products and strive to ensure that every item is made to your exact specifications. As such, I do not offer refunds or exchanges for any reason other than a substantial defect in the product. If you receive a product that is substantially defective, please contact me via email (livsthreadco@gmail.com) within 3 days of receiving your order and I'll be happy to assist in resolving the issue.
If there is a substantial defect with the product, please contact me with a detailed description of the defect and any photos that can help me to better understand the issue.
Please note that I reserve the right to request proof of defect before issuing a replacement.Â
It is the customer's responsibility to carefully review all customization options and sizing recommendations before placing an order.Â
Online orders can be changed or canceled within 24 hours of purchase. Please email for assistance. Refunds for canceled orders will be issued as store credit and a $10 cancellation fee will be deducted from any cancelled orders. Items that have been packaged, shipped, and in transit are not eligible for cancellation.
Please remain mindful of the estimated turnaround times. These times do NOT include shipping. For preorders, I do my best to accurately estimate the turnaround time, but delays can be out of my control. Order cancellations are not permitted for preorder items.
